Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://priscilacleaningservices.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Priscila Cleaning Services reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.

Services. Priscila Cleaning Services provides Deep Cleaning, Office Cleaning, Post-Construction Cleaning, Retail Store Cleaning, Apartment Cleaning and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.

User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.

Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.

IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Priscila Cleaning Services or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.

Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.

Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. Priscila Cleaning Services does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.

Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Priscila Cleaning Services's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid Priscila Cleaning Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Priscila Cleaning Services from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.

Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by MD law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in MD for any dispute arising out of these Terms.

Modifications. Priscila Cleaning Services may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
